yes many times the emotions can keep you up at night, it's important to active, sympathetic nervous system is active, you need to relax that with breathing and activate parasympathetic nervous system, to get out of fight ot flight mode, breathing techniques can help you improve the sleep quality. join my live on Monday 8-10am or 8pm -10pm, I can guide you to get better.
