Hi,I'm 40yrs old married women.I have PCOD.My weight is 93 kg.l have mood swing.I excersing but not regularly. I really want to loose my weight .please help me

Hi so the first line of treatment for you should be lifestyle change. You have to add loads of fruits, vegetables and fresh grains in your diet. Add plenty of protein to your diet. Reduce your sugar. To speed up your weight loss journey add some exercise to your daily routine. In addition to the above mentioned points sleep is also important and lack of sleep also makes your efforts go waste. Inculcate the habit of mindful eating in your diet.

Hello @Vibrant_Tortoise_5290 PCOD is a very common yet serious condition that majority of women face. My advise would be to get checked with your gynec first. Because if your hormones are not under control, no matter how much exercise you do or how much healthy u eat, you will observe no changes at all. Get to know the severity of your PCOD, based on that I would be happy to help you plan your diet and workout regime.
