Struggling with uneven weight has become a constant source of frustration for me. The fluctuating numbers and the challenge of maintaining a balanced physique are taking a toll on my confidence. Despite efforts to follow conventional diets and workout routines, the results aren't clear. It's not just about weight, it's about reclaiming a sense of well-being and stability in yourself. Please suggest me some remedies to maintain a balanced weight? @RANGILU RAJKOT

Focus on balanced meals with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Incorporate regular physical activity you enjoy, like walking, swimming, or yoga. Prioritize sleep and manage stress to support overall well-being and weight management.

Hi Nadia, I hope you are well. For realistic, and sustainable weight loss, you must focus on the following factors. - Sleep routine ( 7-8hrs of sound sleep) - A balanced diet ( it should have enough fibre , protein, and good fats...fibre from fruits, vegetables, wholegrains,....protein from lentils, beans, pulses, dairy and dairy products, nuts, and seeds, chicken, fish, eggs...good fats from fish, nuts, and seeds) 3) Enough water intake ( drink at least 8-10 glasses of water as per your thirst) 4) Reduce stress by meditating daily for 15 minutes ( on waking up, and before sleeping), and by exercising for 30mins ( 4-5times, a week).
