I love my profession and helping people in the best way I can. The thing i don't like may be is there are limitations of treatment options and sometimes i may not be able to give complete relief to my patient's complaints though i try my best. Patient should have faith in the therapy and leave it to the treating hands to get the best results. We may not add years to patient's life but we add life to years and improve quality of life.

As a physiotherapist, one challenge can be seeing patients struggle with pain or limitations despite our efforts to help them. It's tough when progress is slower than expected or when patients face setbacks. Additionally, every patient is unique, so finding the right treatment approach for each person can sometimes be tricky.

Can creative outlets serve as a form of therapy, and how do I discover what works for me? @RiddhiDoshiP
Being creative and involved in something definitely helps one to calm down. You have to find what calms you and gives you happiness through trying out various things. It is different for different people.
Its therapeutic and not therapy💕

I have sleep disturbances during periods but my day doesn’t go without coffee! What to do ?
Hi there, I hope you are well. Here are a few tips that you can follow up optimise your sleep routine during menstruation 🩸 1) Reduce the consumption of caffeine in the afternoon, and evening. 2) You can have two small cups of coffee, daily. 3) Try and make the coffee less strong, if you are having it towards the evening. 4) Continue to sip on water so that you don't feel the need to have a coffee very often. 5) Opt for herbal teas such as chamomile tea, peppermint tea, ginger tea, hibiscus tea, to reduce the urge of having coffee. 6) Sleep disturbances can be common during periods due to hormonal fluctuations, pain, discomfort, cramps, and bloating. 7) Avoid consuming processed, packaged, or refined foods with your coffee. 8) Also, have the coffee sip by sip, take small sips.....so that your mind doesn't feel the need to have it frequently. 9) Reduce screen time at night, and keep your gadgets away 2hrs before bedtime. 10) Meditate before sleeping, and avoid having coffee.

Hi. @MindsetbyMeenal How can deal with my growing low self esteem and negativity all over the place. And please don't say therapy. I've been in therapy now for a long time but the issue still persists. I can't focus and can't be happy. Can you suggest something so that I can improve my confidence?
Hi there. I m not sure what therapy you have undergone. As for your self esteem, would like to know if there is any particular incident or something in the past that has been the reason for it. Also what would negativity all around means... are you surrounded by negative people, in that case you need to change your surroundings. To improve your self esteem you need to first believe in yourself your capabilities. Be kind to yourself don't be critical and judgmental on every Tak you perform . No one is perfect We all experience failures in life that dosent mean we are useless or good for nothing. Take. failures as lessons and opportunity to grow. Exercise Practice meditation Stop dwelling in the past . Past is gone and over. Hope the above helps else you can connect with me on DM or What app 9869278747 good luck 🙂
