I so agree with @NutritionistHudaShaikh because it’s not just that you want to get leaner but also need to have more energy to enjoy, skin and hair need to shine too & glow na , so 30 /40 minutes of exercise with a good trainer ideally and good & wholesome nutrition intake & refined sugar , processed, maida , milk avoid and mostly home cooked food consumption will have great results for you…. All the best rise and shine 😊

Hi There, I hold you are well. As a qualified nutritionist and Dietitian, I wouldn't recommend you to go for a fad/crash diet , like liquid diet. It's not good to lose weight so quickly, and you are likely to gain it back pretty soon. Kindly refrain from doing it :) Rather, you can workout regularly for 30mins, eat a well-balanced diet, avoid outside food, packaged or processed food, drink enough water, and meditate. This is lead to sustainable and realistic weight loss :)
