I am about to enter my retirement phase and now when I look at myself, I actually feel physically weak and lethargic.Work I can say took over most of time and I barely got time to take of myself over the years.How can I make myself feel a little better physically??

Hey there I am a clinical psychologist and firstly congratulations for reaching your retirement and I'm sure you have put in so much hard work for so many years! I can understand the lethargy you're feeling and one way to deal with this is to make SMART goals-specific / small, measurable, achievable, relevant and time restricted goals.
