Healthy eating is one of the trends that generate the most food-related innovations in the world each year. This has been going on for a few decades and it will certainly continue to be the case for some time to come. As science continually evolves, we learn more every day about the impact of our diet on our current and future health which plays out in the food market. In fact, the very definition of a healthy diet is changing.
I have seen many videos where the fitness influencers talk about the control of calorie intake and honestly I never understood it😔. So can you please tell me something about this and how can I manage my portion size and control my calorie intake?

To control your calorie intake be mindful about what and how much you eat. Even calculating your calorie needs is very important. You can use measuring cups, spoons and weighing scales to get the appropriate count of what you eat. Also mindful eating and eating nutrient dense foods help in controlling the calorie intake.
