My idea behind starting this meditation community is to embrace the integration of meditation into daily life, encouraging practitioners to bring mindfulness and awareness to their activities, relationships, and decision-making. It recognizes that the benefits of meditation extend beyond the time spent on the cushion and can positively impact various aspects of one's life. Benefits commonly associated with meditation include reduced stress, improved focus and concentration, increased emotional well-being, enhanced creativity, and a greater sense of overall balance and harmony. Many individuals also find that regular meditation practice helps them cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and others, leading to personal growth and spiritual development. I look forward to organize group meditation sessions, retreats, workshops, and discussions where members can come together to meditate, learn from experienced teachers, share insights, and foster a sense of community. These gatherings provide opportunities for practitioners to deepen their understanding of meditation, explore new techniques, and connect with others on a similar path.

Hi, Therapy is a form of treatment which is used to relieve emotional distress and mental health issues. There are many types of therapies which are used depending on the need of the person. People spend money on it as it helps them sort out their inner issues and disturbances, which they don't know how to deal with otherwise, and they get relief. Basic details depends on the issue at hand, but it can be talk therapy, CBT etc.
