اهلاً يا جميله 🌸 الرعاية الذاتية انك تخصصي الوقت للقيام علشان تعملي حاجات تساعدك على العيش بشكل جيد وتحسين صحتك الجسدية والعقلية. ممكن يساعدك دا علي التحكم في التوتر وتقليل خطر الإصابة بالأمراض وزيادة طاقتك . حتى لو كانت أعمال الرعاية الذاتية الصغيرة في حياتك اليومية يمكن أن يكون لها تأثير كبير. لو عايزه تعرفي اكتر تابعيني يوميا من الساعه ٨ للساعه ١٢ وتابعيني علي mental health talk اتمنالك يوم لطيف ☺️

أهلاً بيكي لما تيجي تستخدمي موبايلك لازم تشحنيه ولو فصل شحن مش هيقوم بأي مهمه ولا هتقدري تستخدميه،فمابالك الإنسان بالتشابكات والتعقيدات بتاعت المسؤليات والأدوار اللي لازم يقوم بيها ،عشان كده لازم يشحن نفسه بإستمرار وكل ما الضغط والمسؤليات عليه كانو اكتر كل ما ده كان معناه انه يفضي شحن أسرع ،وشحنه بالرعاية الذاتيه المستمره علي مختلف المستويات هو الحاجه الوحيده اللي بتضمن انه يقوم بمختلف أدواره بكفاءة.

أعاني من خوف وقلق وتفكير زائد أجريت فحوصات للقلب وفحوصات دم ومناعة ومخزون حديد والغدة لكن لا يوجد أي مشكلة كل يوم أعاني من خوف من الموت وأوجاع وعوارض غريبة
اهلاً بيكي برافو عليكي انك عملتي الفحوصات اللازمة لاستبعاد أي سبب طبي آخر للأعراض اللي بتعاني منها الخوف والقلق عشان نتعامل معاهم صح محتاجين نعرف أسبابهم ودرجتهم وده من خلال التقييمات النفسية عشان نقدر نحط خطة علاجية سليمة تساعدنا علي التعافي بشكل صحيح ،طبعاً ممكن نمشي علي بعض الخطوات زي الإسترخاء والتأمل وغيرها واللي هتساعد في زوال الأعراض ولكن بشكل مؤقت عشان كده الأصح نتعامل مع أسباب الأعراض مش مع الأعراض نفسها.
