I've been heading to the gym for the last 15 days and I workout rigorously for 2.5 hours and I have lost only one kg. I don't know what to eat to follow a strict diet. What can I do so that I can lose 4-5 kg per month? #fitnesstrainernearme

If you are nor losing after a daily exercise of 2.5 hours, the fault exists in you diet only. Reduce your carbohydrate and increase protein intake. Take loads of roughage and water every day. Don't take carbs after 7 PM

Consider consulting a nutritionist for a balanced diet plan. Focus on a mix of protein, veggies, and whole grains. Also, ensure you're getting enough rest for effective weight loss.

Hey @hina balance is the key , overdoing anything won’t help , cz over the body can go in stress mode causing cramps and injuries best is to balance your work out with a professional and also consider a nutritionist…. It can be a good investment as you may wanna consider losing weight in a healthy way and not by punishing yourself….

Hi Hina, I hope you are doing well. As a qualified Clinical nutritionist, Dietitian, and health expert I would like to drive your attention towards a few important points - - Don't rely on the weighing scale. Our body weight is made up of muscle mass, fat mass, and water weight, so whatever you see on the scale is a cumulative one. It cannot tell you how much fat, or water weight you've lost. - Strenuous workouts are okay to be done but remember excessive workouts can leave your system off balance, and can even affect your menstrual cycle. Quality of workouts matter more than the quantity ( how many hours you are working out)...your form has to be correct to avoid any injuries. - Workout is only 20% which means what you eat is extremely important. - Focus on improving your health and not simply on weight loss. - If you are feeling energetic, you've lost some inches, your skin is glowing, you are able to wear your older dresses, then, it's an indicator that there's inch loss.

I’ve been trying to lose weight but find it hard to stick to a diet. How can I create a sustainable meal plan that I’ll actually enjoy?
Hi there, I hope you are well. I hear you, and you are not alone :) Here's how you can adopt a healthier lifestyle. - Firstly, understand that you just don't have to go on a diet to lose weight. Rather, you need to adopt a lifestyle which will stay with you for longer. - Along with a balanced diet, you need to incorporate exercise ( for 4-5 times a week, 30mins at least) , drink enough water ( 8-10 glasses), sleep well( 7-8hrs), and manage stress ( by meditation or yoga). - Enjoy the food that you consume, and take small bites, and chew your food well. - Incorporate fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, eggs, lean meat, wholegrains, dairy and dairy products to your diet. Avoid restricting a particular food group. - Eat your favourite foods once in a while, so that you aren't missing on to anything. - Avoid distractions during meal time. Keep your phone, tab, and laptop away. - Learn to practice moderation and stick to your portions rather than over-indulging :)

I'm too going through this. What I have realised is lowering your eating portion and doing walk helps

My school classmates forced me to send my pictures on our group chat as we had not seen each other since long, but when I did post them, they started telling me how much I have changed and how much weight I have gained. This has made me feel terrible about myself but I don’t want it to effect me. What do I do??
Ofcourse you must have gained weight since you met them last, and I am assuming it was many years back. If you were conscious about yourself, you would not have send the pics, the fact is rhat you are not liking their opinions about yourself. Have that clarity, and don't let others opinions affect you negatively....be confident as what you are.

don't be afraid of judgements or criticism from others but be mindful that you don't do the same to yourself... be your best friend 😍❤️ Appreciate yourself often . shower yourself with unconditional love then what others say won't have an negative effect on you...and you have your power back

I am working women and I have a very sedentary lifestyle experiencing side effects of this... what to do?
Hii I am Dr Varsha , an Ayurvedic expert . Ayurveda has effective detox therapies to remove the toxins from our body. The body feels heavy and lethargic due to the toxin buildup which is called Aama in Ayurveda. Please attend my live sessions to know more regarding it.
Hi. Hope you are doing good! A sedentary lifestyle, especially as a working individual can have negative consequences. To beat this, form a proper, doable routine for yourself. Wake up and have some water. Go for a half an hour walk and come back. Take a shower and hop into the kitchen to prepare some healthy breakfast for yourself. Between your work, make sure you take 5-10 min out for short walks or stretches. Basically some form of movement is very important. Take your lunch on time In the evenings, you can take a work break and water plants, dust the furniture, etc. you can even go for a walk. Have your dinner on time and try to sleep early. If you incorporated exercise in your routine, you will probably fall asleep early. Make sure you read a few pages of some book before you sleep

Heya everyone This is my first time using the app.Kindly ignore any mistakes. I am kind of chubby or you can say overweight 24 years old girl.Initially I didn't have any insecurities. But since a year or two when I moved to Delhi.I constantly try to fit in among people. But it feels like I'm losing a part of me.🥲
hey Anonymous. one needs to be physically fit, not to please anyone but for urself. Being overweight should not be the reason for your insecurities . You need to accept yourself first only then others will accept you if you feel you are loosing urself trying to fit in... ask yourself what is it that you are doing that's creating discomfort within you ... identify and work on it.. good luck 👍

Hi I want to lose my weight and please help me to motivate myself consistent. Guide me to lose weight bcoz am a mother of 14months old
Hi there, I hope you are well. - Motivation will usually last for a few days or weeks, however, discipline can last forever. - To lose weight, you will have to bring in discipline in your daily routine. - You need to prepare yourself mentally as well as physically. - Stay determined that you won't give up and start by making small changes in your routine. - Start by incorporating more fibre in the diet. Eat two servings of fruits, a bowl of salad for lunch as well as dinner daily. - Avoid packaged, ultra-processed and refined foods. - Eat in portions. - Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. - Add protein to each of your meals, even snacks. - Have mid-meals or healthy snacks. - Start your morning with handful nuts, or seeds. - Keep a tab on your salt, sugar, and oil intake. - Have home-made meals that are easier to digest. - Get at least 7-8hrs of sleep on a regular basis. - Go for a walk at least 4 times a week. - Manage stress levels my meditation and yoga. I hope this helps ✨
