اهلاً يا جميله 🌸 القدرة على الاسترخاء والتخلص من التوتر مهمة للحفاظ على الصحة العقلية ويمكن أن تكون مفيدة جدًا في تقليل أعراض العديد من حالات الصحة العقلية والجسدية. بالتالي الاسترخاء يمكن أن يحسن التركيز والمزاج، ويحسن نوعية النوم، ويخفض ضغط الدم ويحسن عملية الهضم. تقدري تبداي بتمارين الاسترخاء البسيطه زي : ١) ابدأ بشد العضلات لمدة خمس ثوانٍ ثم إرخائها لمدة 30 ثانية وتكرار هذه العملية. ٢)التخيل المرئي. يمكنك في أسلوب التخيل تكوين صور ذهنية تنتقل بها في رحلة بصرية إلى مكان أو موقف تسوده السكينة أو الهدوء. للاسترخاء باستخدام التخيل المرئي، حاول الجمع بين أكبر عدد ممكن من الحواس، مثل الشم والبصر والصوت واللمس. لو عايزه تتعلمي التكنيك وإزاي تمارسيه في يومك تابعيني يوميا من الساعه ٨ للساعه ١٢ وتابعيني علي mental health talk اتمنالك يوم لطيف ☺️

أهلاً بيكي تقدري تعملي ده من خلال إنك تربطيه بمعاد معين من روتينك اليومي يعني مثلاً من ضمن الروتين الصباحي بتاعك انك تعملي تمارين الإسترخاء علي إختلاف أنواعها ،أو في وقت الروتين المسائي مثلاً تمارسي اليوجا وهكذا ثبتيلها مواعيد في روتينك اليومي وانتظمي عليها .
