Çarşamba gün Maçka parkında 8.000 adım atmanın keyfiyle kahvemi içtim. 5 gündür minik egzersizler yapmanın bedenime ne kadar iyi geldiğini hissettim tekrar. Eskiden olsa 1 saat çok yüklenme yapardım. Şimdiyse 10-15 dk lık egzersizlerle yavaş başlamak,bedenimi severek esnemek,onu dinlemek ve ittirmeden adım adım yapmak çok iyi geliyor.🌸 #bedeninisev #egzersiz #spor
