Hey, @Phoenix_Method_Coaching I've been seeing a therapist for about a month now, and while she's not doing anything wrong, I'm not experiencing significant progress or feeling particularly supported. It's my first time in therapy, and I chose her initially because I believe in giving people a chance. However, I'm starting to wonder if it's time to switch to a therapist with more experience who might offer different perspectives or techniques. On the other hand, I've already built some rapport with my current therapist, and she knows me to some extent. How do I know if it's the right time to switch therapists? Should I prioritize familiarity and continuity, or is it worth exploring other options for potentially better outcomes?

If therapy isn't helping, consider switching for better support and progress. Prioritize your well-being and finding the right fit. Trust your instincts and explore other options for better outcomes.

The best person to tell you when it’s time to switch, is you! If you are feeling it, then do it. I’m sure your current therapist is lovely! Maybe you just need something different. That’s ok, she already knows this and will understand. Different approaches work for different people, sometimes you have to date many therapists to find the one that suits you. If you like, we can get on a 30 min free session where I can give you more advice. MSG me privately.

Hey! Thank you for this insightful question. Therapy is a tool that is diverse in nature. Taking therapy will support you to work on the past by going deeper into the concerns and ultimately help you to feel empowered. Therapy takes time and patience, so I will recommend you to join my live sessions to get to know more about therapy and it's benefits.

Can creative outlets serve as a form of therapy, and how do I discover what works for me? @RiddhiDoshiP
Being creative and involved in something definitely helps one to calm down. You have to find what calms you and gives you happiness through trying out various things. It is different for different people.
Its therapeutic and not therapy💕

Is loneliness treatable?? Is it like mental health issues?? Do we need to take sessions??
Yes loneliness is treatable. I've been able to successfully help many of my clients. Yes, it will require one-to-one counselling sessions because different people has different reasons. And also different people need different coping mechanisms. It's not hard to give a generalised solution, but the solution won't be very effective. As all individuals are unique and all individuals have different personalities
