اهلا بيكي يا حلوة ❤️ الاضطرابات العصبية الانتكاسية بيكون فيها عامل مطوراثس وعامل تاني شخصي بسبب تدهور وضمور الوظائف العقلية الجانب الوراثي مالناش تحكم فيه لكن الحامب الشخصي ممكن نتعامل معاه بالحفاظ على النشاط العقلي لأطول فترة ممكنة عن طريق التدريبات العقلية والاستثارة الذهنية بألعاب تحفيز الذكاء والقراءة المستمرة وتعلم اللغات كمان المواظبة على الرياضة والأكل الصحي والأنشطة المعتادة اللي بتقوم عالتركيز بيقوي من الاتصالات العصبية ويأجل قدر المستطاع من الضمور العصبي اللي بيتسبب في الاضطرابات العصبية التنكسية تعالي نتكلم أكتر في اللايف كل يوم من الساعة ١-٥ او على الكوميونيتي بتاعتي "نفسيتك بالدنيا" دمتي جميلة ❤️

How can I overcome the depression and stress caused by my husband blaming me for our child's premature death and my in-laws' mental torture, while dealing with sleepless nights and the threat of divorce?
