ما هي بعض الأساليب المعرفية السلوكية (العلاج المعرفي السلوكي) التي يمكن استخدامها لتحدي الأفكار السلبية

اهلا وسهلا عزيزتى 🥰 الاساليب المعرفية السلوكية التى نستخدمها اتحدى الأفكار السلبيه، هى حسب الاضطراب أو المرض النفسى مثال لو الاكتئاب : الشخص يميزها ويعبر عنها كتابه اصوات الاكتئاب وهى مثل (انا فاشل ، انا مليش فائده ، انا محدش مهتم بيا الخ ) وهنا المواجهه من حيث جرد الأفكار السلبية ف جدول رصد الأفكار التلقائية أو ابسط شئ كتابتها ف ورقه ويتم مراجعه ذلك مع المعالج من خلال الوصول وراء تلك الأفكار المعتقد الرئيسى ومطلوب يميزها مريض الاكتئاب ولكن لايتم الرد عليها ولو من حيث الوسواس القهرى : لا يتم الالتفات لتلك الأفكار الوسواسية يميزها مريض الوسواس ولكن لا يرد عليها(داخل عقله)أو الحوار الداخلى )ويتم مناقشه ذلك مع المعالج حتى يتم التسافى من خلال الجلسات واستخدام مهارات مساعده حسب الأفكار والمشاكل المعطلة دمتم بخير وود 🥰

I have gone through my child's death because of premature delivery. My husband is blaming me for that and taking a divorce from me. My all inlaws are against me. After marriage my husband and in laws started mentally torturing me .Nowadays I am dealing with lots of depression and stress. I am suffering sleepless nights. Please help me. How can I overcome the depression and stress caused by my husband blaming me for our child's premature death and my in-laws' mental torture, while dealing with sleepless nights and the threat of divorce?
